Information on the accessibility of our website in accordance with the European Union (Accessibility Requirements of Products and Services) Regulation 2023

Sentient Expanse Limited strives to make its website accessible in accordance with the European Union (Accessibility Requirements of Products and Services) Regulation 2023 (S.I. No. 636/2023), which implements the European Accessibility Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/882). In doing so, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, conformance level AA, are followed as far as possible.

Non-accessible content

Incompatibility with accessibility requirements
 

At present, the following content may not yet be fully accessible:

  • Some PDF and Office documents are not consistently available in an accessible format.
  • In some cases, alternative texts or sufficiently descriptive labels for images are missing.
  • Certain animations and effects do not yet provide fully accessible alternatives in all cases.

We are continuously working to improve these aspects and reduce barriers.

Disproportionate burden
For economic and organizational reasons, it is currently not possible to make all older PDF and Office documents fully accessible immediately. We prioritize content with high usage and relevance and gradually convert it into accessible formats.

Content outside the scope of application
Content and documents from third parties not created, funded, or controlled by Sentient Expanse Limited, as well as legacy content published before 28 June 2025, may be excluded from the scope of the European Union (Accessibility Requirements of Products and Services) Regulation 2023.

This statement was prepared on the basis of a self-assessment in accordance with WCAG 2.2. Our website is continuously developed and improved.
